Before You Send a Message

A few things that will get you a faster and more useful response.

Check our installation guides first. The most common problems, wrong Java version, missing Forge profile, mod file in the wrong folder, and experimental features not enabled on Bedrock, are all covered in detail in our guides. A two-minute read might save you a day of waiting for a reply.

Include your platform. Java Edition on PC and Bedrock/MCPE on mobile have completely different installation processes and completely different failure modes. Knowing which you are on is the first thing we need to know.

Copy the exact error message. Screenshots are even better. Vague descriptions like “it does not work” take multiple back-and-forth messages to diagnose. The exact error text gets you an answer in one reply.
